This free webinar will explore the definition of mental health and wellbeing, what happens in our brain when we experience significant change and some of the common signs of low mental wellbeing. It will look at tools and resources that can improve mental wellbeing during times of extreme change.

This webinar will help you to gain a clear understanding of mental health and the difference between good and low mental wellbeing. It will also give you the tools needed to understand how to use a self – care assessment to identify any areas of your life where you can increase activities that will reduce the impact of stress, manage the thoughts and feelings triggered by extreme and unwelcome change and know how to identify and implement helpful daily structures.

In this one-hour webinar, you will learn:

  • To identify your current level of mental wellbeing
  • Some practical tools to help build positive habits and behaviours that will improve wellbeing and resilience
  • How to use a self-care assessment

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions to our speaker at the end of the webinar.

Caroline Forman – Leadership Development Specialist

Caroline is a leadership development specialist with a wealth of experience gained from 10 years working with leaders across a range of industries including manufacturing, finance, retail, recruitment, event management and IT.

Caroline has supported senior leaders and business owners of small to medium businesses over the last 3 years. During this time, she facilitated group workshops for leadership teams and supported owners with 121 coaching sessions that considered a wide range of business issues.
