The York & North Yorkshire Growth Hub have teamed up with the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) to provide practical advice on keeping your business secure online during and beyond the Covid-19 pandemic.

NCSC is the UK’s national technical authority on cyber security and was established to provide a unified source of advice, guidance, and support to the UK and economy.

This 45-minute webinar will provide information on:

• the role of NCSC in supporting business and UK industry
• an overview of the most common threats to businesses and the impact of Covid-19
• the products and guidance designed by NCSCs for business
• the government-backed certification scheme Cyber Essentials

This is a non-technical event for all small and medium sizes businesses, including sole-traders and micro businesses who wish to better understand the cyber landscape and learn how to improve their business through actionable cyber security guidance.

The webinar will include a Q&A session at the end for attendees to ask follow-up questions.
