Chris Jaume, Co-Founder and Director, Cooper King Distillery, will talk about their award-winning sustainable spirits business, powered by 100% green energy and a lot of creativity and enthusiasm for all things circular.

Louisa Ziane, COO, Toast Ale will show they are fighting food waste by turning surplus bread into beer, creating a distinctive and successful brand, whilst saving the planet one beer at a time.
