This free webinar will support leaders in understanding why healthy conflict is important for creating high performing teams and how to manage it.

To achieve high performing teams, healthy conflict is necessary.  Sometimes teams suffer due to an inability to speak out when needed and conflict is brushed under the carpet.  Other times conflict leads to relationships breaking down.  This on-line session will share techniques to help you identify ways to work with conflict in a way that leads to healthy relationships at work.

In this one-hour workshop, you will learn:

• Why healthy conflict is important for high performing teams
• Raise awareness of emotions in times of conflict and productive and destructive tendencies
• Identify strategies for managing conflict in the workplace

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions to our speakers at the end of the webinar.

Suzanne has over 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors, including Banking, Insurance, Local Government and Higher Education. Before joining Pro-Development, Suzanne was a Talent Manager at Aviva responsible for embedding the Talent Management strategy, providing insight on senior leaders and identifying potential business risk globally. As team member of Pro-Development (UK) Limited, Suzanne brings her breadth of experience and knowledge to SMEs. Suzanne holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, is a qualified coach and a Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
