This free one-hour webinar will help you develop and refine your communication skills to deliver strong leadership through change.
During Covid-19 you may have had to quickly adapt and transform your business models. When we are faced with change, communication is key and leaders have a strong role to play.
To help you navigate this, we have teamed up with Michelle Mook of Pro-Development (UK) Limited to deliver a series of free leadership webinars for businesses. Having worked with SMEs now for a number of years, Michelle has been supporting many businesses over the last few weeks as we have navigated through Covid-19.
During this series of one-hour webinars, Michelle will be taking us through ways in which we lead our people in these current times. She will provide insights into what engages a team and how to bring out the very best in each and every one of them to help individuals, teams and the business flourish.
The second in the series on ‘leading through change and adversity’ will give you:
- advice on how to communicate to generate buy in from your team
- how to develop a communication strategy to support change
- the key aspects of leading people through changes, including emotional concerns, transition stages and what people are looking for from leaders.

Michelle has also recently been appointed as Regional Ambassador for Engage for Success Yorkshire and the Humber to help raise awareness of the impact of employee engagement on our local economy. She is also Chair of York Professionals, a none for profit membership organisation looking to raise the profile of businesses in the York area.
