This FREE online Masterclass covers all of the important aspects of setting up and running a successful business in the first 12 months.

Covering everything from getting into the right mind set to important financial control techniques, these four three-hour sessions are crammed with everything you will need to know and is led by an experienced Blue Orchid Business Advisor.

This event is designed to assist you whether you are about to start trading, or require help to grow within your first 12 months of trade. Experienced advisors will guide you through the main components relating to starting a new business.

Speakers

Peter Daniel

Peter is an entrepreneur and director with over 10 years’ business experience including 4 years’ direct business advisor experience. Peter has had extensive experience in procurement as well as dealing with supply chains from both inside and outside of Europe. Having built his own business from the ground up Peter keen to pass on hard earned knowledge of how business operate in the real world, looking at operation aspects set up and planning for the future.

Jane Pallister

Jane has experience working with multi-million pound organisations and smaller operations, developing leadership and strategy, working directly with organisations and mentoring through universities; and has significant experience working at director/senior management level. Jane co-developed our business start-up course for eBay traders and has created numerous support and growth programmes for start-ups and mature business.

Jane has worked with UK and trans-national business development programmes in Poland, Lithuania, Greece, Czech Republic, Denmark and Bulgaria.

Mike Byrne

Mike is a practicing accountant and past winner of the Shell Livewire Enterprise Award for help and advice to business start-ups. Mike has a wide range of work experience covering 36 years including; Accountancy, Enterprise, Business Finance, Event Management, Economic Development, Regeneration and Innovation.
