This free webinar is an ideal introduction to social media, including choosing the right channels for your business and how to get started.

As such, we have teamed up with York PR and Marketing agency Intandem Communications to create a three-part series of free webinars. These will focus on how businesses can use the power of social media to their benefit during the crisis and beyond.

The first webinar on mastering the basics is perfect if you are new to social media or feel you need your skills refreshing.

In this 45-minute lunchtime webinar, you will learn:

  • why social media is such a powerful tool
  • what the popular channels are and who uses them
  • how to decide which channel is right for your business
  • how to set up a page for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
  • how other businesses are successfully using social media.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions to our speaker and the Growth Hub team during the webinar.

We will go into greater depth about how to create brilliant content and how to grow your social following later in the series.
