This workshop will help you create high performing teams to support the growth of your business and the individuals with within your teams.

More and more organisations are looking at what it takes to become a high performing team. As a leader, your role is to drive team performance. However, moving your team from performing to high performing requires a multifaceted approach.

This online session will explore different factors that can affect performance in your team and will provide areas of focus and strategies to help others to shine.

In this one-hour workshop, you will explore:

  • what the barriers to high performance are
  • the core focus areas that drive high performing teams
  • some top tips to support the development of high performing teams

Workshop leader:

Michelle Mook is the founder and Managing Director of Pro-Development (UK) Limited. She provides support in all aspects of employee engagement and people development.

With over 25 years of experience of improving performance through people consultancy, training, coaching and team/leadership development, she founded Pro-Development to help the growth of small to medium sized businesses in and around Yorkshire and the Humber.

With a passion for developing leaders and teams, this series of online workshops will help to highlight what is important for both individual and business success. She is also Regional Ambassador of Engage for Success Yorkshire and the Humber helping to promote improve productivity across the region and is the Chair of York Professionals, a none for profit membership organising aimed at raising the profile of professionals services across the city.
