17 Nov 2020

FREE webinar: 17 November, 12:00 – 1:00pm

This free webinar will give you an insight in to the current discussions with the EU, key uncertainties and an overview of what you can do now to prepare your business.

In partnership with Garbutt + Elliot, and the CBI, this session will briefly explore ten key issues, including:

  1. Where additional finance can be sourced should you need it
  2. What help you can get to access potential new markets
  3. Have EU/EEA/Swiss national employees registered for the settlement scheme
  4. How additional customs duties will affect your sales and supply chain
  5. Are you ready for customs?  Have you got your EORI number?
  6. Have you registered for simplified import procedures?
  7. How will your principal contracts be affected?
  8. What if you receive personal data from the EU/EAA?
  9. How changes to VAT will affect you?
  10. Do your corporate reports reflect risks associated with the EU Transition?

There will also be the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.

This is the first in a series of EU Transition webinars and, as trade talks develop, we aim to explore specific issues in more depth, including finance and cash flow, importing and exporting, tariffs and taxation, and employment law. For more information and to book, please visit our events page.
